No! – there are no membership fees and no commitments. You pay only for what your purchase through our website or buying directly from our partners’ websites or businesses.

How does a Decorigins ship items?
In some cases goods are shipped directly to you by our partners while sometimes we receive the items from the partner or supplier and then ship them to you ourselves. If it a one of a kind, vintage item, we will ship it to you from our headquarters in Illinois.
How do I pay for my Decorigins purchase?
Decorigins currently accepts credit card payment from Visa, MasterCard, and American Express via Paypal through our our ebay storefront.
Does Decorigins charge sales tax?
As required by law, Decorigins currently only charges sales tax on orders shipped to Members who reside in Illinois, Florida and Wyoming (where we have a physical presence) and all Canadian provinces.
How much does shipping cost?
Decorigins charges a flat $15.95 for smaller shipments. Small parcel items will be shipped out via UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
For some large item shipments and white glove shipments with in-home delivery and installation, there are additional fees. This fee varies based on item size, weight, as well as your location. Shipping and delivery on larger items will be handled directly by our partners from which you purchased the items. Decorigins does not make these sales or handle these deliveries.
Where do you ship goods to?
Decorigins ships to street addresses in the U.S. and Canada. Because most of our products are shipped via UPS or FedEx, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Lead-Time
The average delivery times posted on our website are for orders shipping within the contiguous United States. Most orders shipping to Canada will have increased transit time due to customs inspection and further distance from the supplier distribution centers. Please note that we do not currently offer expedited shipping to Canadian addresses. Estimated transit time from shipment date:

Large items purchased from one of our partners: they will coordinate this directly with you after purchase.
Taxes & Duties
We are a registered non-resident importer in Canada. This allows us to simplify the purchasing process for our Canadian customers, reduce delays at the border, and prevent unexpected charges at the time of delivery. Taxes, duty and brokerage fees are paid at the time of purchase for all orders shipping to Canada. Let us handle all the paperwork. Additionally, GST and, where applicable, HST will be remitted for you to the Canadian government to further simplify your shopping experience. We collect and remit HST for the provinces of Ontario, British Columbia, and the Maritime provinces. Please note select postal codes are designated as remote locations, and may also require additional shipping fees.
Returns
Unless otherwise noted, we accept returns on all orders that ship to Canada. All orders fall under our Standard Return Policy. Please note: duties and GST will be refunded, however, all actual shipping costs and brokerage fees are non-refundable. Also, please be aware many of our items are final sale and cannot be returned. Return eligibility is listed in the Details section for each item.

How will my order ship?
We will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible. Each product on our site has been carefully selected to ship by a particular shipping method, which is noted on the product page prior to order. For more information on a particular ship method, please see the corresponding description below.
- Small Parcel (FedEx/UPS)
- Estimated Transit Time: 1-5 business days (US), 5-10 business days (Canada)
- We do not require a signature for delivery, but the decision to leave a package without a signature is ultimately up to the discretion of the delivery team.
- Please note that we cannot ship to PO boxes or Military APOs, and Canadian orders will be delivered by Purolator.
The service levels below are designated for items that are too large, heavy, or fragile to ship via a small parcel carrier. To ensure your order arrives safely, delivery will be completed by a freight team.
- Self Service Truck Delivery
- Estimated Transit Time: 5-10 business days (US & Canada)
- The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery date and appointment window within a week of the estimated arrival date.
- The delivery team will bring your order to the driveway or curb outside of your shipping address. You will be responsible for moving the item from the truck to its final location.
- Front Door Delivery
- Estimated Transit Time: 5-17 business days (US), 10-22 business days (Canada)
- The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery date and appointment window within a week of the estimated arrival date.
- The delivery team will bring your order inside the threshold of your residence or garage.
- Room of Choice
- Estimated Transit Time: 5-17 business days (US), 10-22 business days (Canada)
- The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery date and appointment window within a week of the estimated arrival date.
- The delivery team will bring your order to your room of choice (up to 2 flights of stairs).
- Inside Delivery & Assembly
- Estimated Transit Time: 5-17 business days (US), 10-22 business days (Canada)
- The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery date and appointment window within a week of the estimated arrival date.
- The delivery team will bring your order to your room of choice (up to 2 flights of stairs), perform assembly, and remove the packaging.
When will I receive my Delivery?
You will find “Estimated Delivery Dates” provided on your order confirmation email. When we ship all or part of your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email; follow that carrier tracking information for a more specific delivery date.
We process, ship, and deliver packages Monday through Friday. At this time, we do not offer shipping or delivery on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.
Guaranteed Delivery
Occasionally, Decorigins offers guaranteed delivery by a specific date related to a holiday or event. In the unlikely event of a late delivery, affected customers qualify for a $15 credit for use on Decorigins.
What if I didn’t receive my entire order?
If your order includes several items, they may ship separately and at different times. Please contact Customer Care with any questions or concerns.
What if I have any problem with an item on my order?

Large item Returns | Our partners will provide specific return instructions for furniture and any other large items which are shipped via a delivery service. Whenever you sign for delivery on a large item, examine the packaging carefully. Even if the package appears only slightly damaged, please write “Package Damaged.” If the package looks significantly damaged, you may note the damage and refuse delivery. In this case, please notify their Customer Care so they can expect the return shipment. Our partners will then set up a replacement or a refund on your order. |

Decorigins does not access any confidential information about your means of payment, which is why you will be asked for your banking details each time you place an Order.
